Hi there, I’m Nial, a software engineer on a journey through the world of technology.
I work at Cofide, a startup in stealth focused on
workload identity for hybrid
and multi-cloud security. Before that I worked at Perlego, a London-based startup on a mission to make education accessible to all, Harbr, a deeptech data product startup and bp, one of the world’s largest energy companies, doing everything from building production cloud infrastructure to helping scale and find digitally enabled cleantech startups at Launchpad, bp’s private equity/venture capital team.
I was born in Northern Ireland and after studying degrees in both mechanical engineering and software development, I jumped across the water. During that time, I was fortunate enough to build interesting things at places like Analytics Engines, PwC and Caterpillar. I’m constantly looking to develop my skills in backend engineering, infrastructure and venture capital.
